BENAILI takes contract manufacturing orders for fine screening panels based on a customer drawing or sample. We agree panel and hook geometry, slot size, tolerances, your company marking and export packing. For Derrick equipment and similar machines, mounting dimensions are checked against your drawing or sample; fit of a specific panel is confirmed before manufacture. Drawings are available for regularly produced sizes. For other dimensions, we can prepare a drawing from your mounting dimensions and technical requirements for approval before production. BENAILI is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with Derrick.

Custom hook and fixing geometry
We can manufacture custom hook dimensions and profiles. For an existing vibrating screen, send the hook cross-section, overall panel dimensions and installation drawing so the edges can be checked against the deck.

The screen surface and its edges both matter.
Actual fine-screen photographs show closely spaced slots, reinforcing ribs and the panel edge. For your installation, the opening tolerance, working surface thickness, hook cross-section and fixing dimensions are confirmed against the approved drawing.
What to confirm before ordering a fine screen
Start with the machine drawing and the target separation size. Confirm the panel dimensions, slot opening and tolerance, reinforcement layout, hook cross-section and mounting clearances together. A nominal opening alone does not establish whether a panel fits an existing screening machine.
For a quotation, send the drawing, quantity, material and operating conditions. State any required hardness, wear or inspection criteria on the approved specification. We can review custom opening and hook dimensions against the panel design before confirming production.

Laser marking on the frame
A customer logo, model or dimensions can be laser marked on the frame to the agreed artwork or specification for identification and installation checks. The photo shows a specification mark.

Screens are placed in wooden cases with protective cushioning suited to the product and shipping requirements. The photos show the panel in its case, with protective cushioning, and the packed case ready for dispatch.
