Polyurethane Fine Screens for Silica Sand Wet Sizing
For wet sizing of silica or quartz sand, the panel specification should account for the required separation, feed size distribution, slurry solids concentration and abrasive duty. BENAILI manufactures polyurethane fine screen panels to approved drawings, including agreed slot openings, hook profiles and reinforcement.
To review a replacement, send the machine model, original panel drawing or sample, target cut size and current screening problem. Aperture alone does not establish separation performance or machine compatibility. We can agree inspection requirements and a small trial order before batch supply.

Start with the material and the machine
Wet fine sizing, dewatering, sand washing and aggregate classification place different demands on opening size, open area, wear resistance and fixing. A product photo alone cannot establish whether a screen fits a deck.
Send the feed material, particle size range, moisture conditions, machine model, deck drawing and target separation size. We will use those details to discuss appropriate screening media and inspection requirements.
